Shipping Policy

At James Said Fragrance Pty Ltd, we strive to deliver your purchases quickly and securely. Below, you'll find all the details regarding our shipping options, timeframes, and policies.  

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We partner with Sendle to offer reliable shipping across Australia. Shipping rates and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.  

Estimated Delivery Times:
- Metro Areas: 2–5 business days  
- Regional Areas: 3–10 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Sendle and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.  

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

Shipping Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on Sendle's website.  

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within Australia. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time.  

Missed Deliveries 
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, Sendle will provide instructions for re-delivery or collection from a designated location.  

Damaged or Lost Parcels
While we take utmost care to ensure your order arrives safely, James Said Fragrance Pty Ltd is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us at concierge@jamessaid.com, and we will assist in resolving the matter with Sendle.
